Becoming An Approved Recruiting Vendor
Novavax does not accept unsolicited resumes from vendors, including recruitment agencies, and/or search firms. Approved recruiting vendors must get approval from the Head of Human Resources prior to submitting any resume(s) to Novavax. Novavax will not pay a fee to any recruiting vendor, agency or firm that does not have a valid and current agreement on file.
Vendors, approved or not, must not contact Novavax hiring managers regarding these matters.
