Ian Watkins

Ian Watkins is executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). As CHRO, Mr. Watkins is responsible for organizational development, effectiveness, sustainability, talent acquisition, total rewards, and the delivery of human resources systems and services. With a wealth of international human resources expertise spanning more than 35 years, with a 30-year focus on the healthcare sector, Mr. Watkins has consistently demonstrated a track record of success. Throughout his career, Mr. Watkins has held senior roles at prominent organizations such as Mallinckrodt Pharmaceutical, Synthes, Inc., Andrx Corporation, and Bausch & Lomb.

Mr. Watkins earned a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in business and finance and a diploma in human resources management from the Farnborough College of Technology through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration in Applied General Management from the Roffey Park Institute and the University of Sussex in England.
