Ms. O’Hara is executive vice president, chief strategy officer with responsibility for business and corporate development, portfolio strategy and alliance management. Prior to joining Novavax, Ms. O’Hara was chief commercial officer for Sanofi Vaccines North America, and held senior commercial, sales and marketing roles at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company and Pfizer.  Ms. O’Hara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University College Cork, Ireland, a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University and she completed the executive education program in corporate board governance at Harvard Business School. Active in the community, Ms. O’Hara is on the Board of Directors of Home of the Sparrow and Steel Jupiter.
